Members of our Sales/Customer Service Team:
- Expand international sales — Radio Flyer toys and wagons are already timeless. Now we want to let them speak fluently in the language of “play” to children all over the globe.
- Solve problems for customers — take calls from retailers and consumers on a regular basis and be dedicated to answering questions and ensuring anyone who touches Radio Flyer is fully satisfied with their experience.
- Act as qualified category advisor for key customers — to understand the needs of customers and help the rest of the staff meet those needs.
- Engage in ongoing training — the best way to ensure that the performance of every member of the Radio Flyer family is world-class.
