Meet Johnson, our Little Red Rule Award Winner.

Johnson joined our Radio Flyer International Team in 2005 as a Quality Inspector and became the Assistant Quality Engineer by early 2009 because of his hard work and dedication to the company and the work ethics he brings with him.

Johnson is always willing to help and support the team with any issues that may arise. He always thinks ahead of time and makes sure all the dates are met for inspection. He also makes sure that all the requirements are addressed before the testing is done over the weekend.

This is what one of his peers had to say about Johnson:
“Johnson is a very hard working man. He always went above and beyond to help the lab with any issues that came up. And he has developed his skills as well with the team. He has taken actions to improve the performance of our vendors by offering suggestions and feedback for improvement and makes sure the actions are carried through by them."

Johnson said that to him Radio Flyer is family. He feels like he is working for his own company. And because of this, he is really proud of working here, working with his family.
