Meet Shenwei, our Little Red Rule Award Winner.

Shenwei joined our team in 2007 as the Quality Assurance Engineer after graduating from the University Of Notre Dame and was promoted in 2009 to Sr. Quality Engineer.

Shenwei always exhibits a “Can Do” attitude and provides excellent service to all the various departments he works with. When other team members bring issues and challenges to him, he goes an extra mile to investigate and provide the best answers.

This is what one of his peers had to say about Shenwei:
“Whenever I need to have a consumer problem solved, I will call on him for advice. Shenwei consistently returns my calls and provides solutions to the customer’s problems. He is accountable to himself and he is always willing to roll up his sleeves and get things done- like he always does”.

One of the main reasons why Shenwei loves working at Radio Flyer is that it allows him to make an immediate and significant impact to the business.
