• Identifying key consumer & marketplace insight to drive our new product innovation plans
• Outlining growth plans for Product Innovation, Promotion plans for key events, and Partnering with our key retailers
• Building a meaningful relationship with our consumers via our Birthday Club, Social Media engagement and a personal Experience on RadioFlyer.com
